Placing an order

Q. Can I place an order by telephone?
A. Yes. Please call us on 0845 224 2802 (5p per minute plus your network's access charge) or 01473 730520 and one of our sales team will help you place your order. All major credit and debit cards can be used for payment

Q. Can I visit your store?
? A. Aquatix-2u is an online retailer and we do not have a walk-in store. Please note due to public access restrictions we are unfortunately unable to offer a collection service.

Q. What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?
A . All Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday).

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship items to the UK and many European countries, for specific information on delivery zones and charges please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Q. Do you offer trade discount?
A. Yes, we accept all trade enquiries please get in touch for a quote and discount would be allocated to subsequent orders on proof of eligibility).

Returning Items

Q. My item is faulty or has arrived damaged - what should I do?
A. Please contact us straight away via e-mail (sales@aquatix-2u.co.uk) or phone (01473 730520) and we will work with you to best resolve the situation by either repairing or replacing the item. Conditions apply please read our Delivery & Returns page for more information.

Q. I would like to send back my item as I have changed my mind.
A. Unwanted items can be returned providing they have not been used and can be returned with the packaging complete as it arrived. We require you to notify us before you return the item within 7 days of receiving it. If the item is not faulty but no longer required then you will be asked to cover the cost of returning the item. Please see our Delivery & Returns Page for further information.
