|Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the "Buy" button for any items that you wish to buy - this will add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you are not happy to send your credit card information via our secure order system (though this is the safest way of making a purchase), you can also send them via phone, fax, snail mail, or email. Please ring us if you are unsure of anything, or have any questions.
As with virtually every online store, errors and omissions are excepted. We make every effort to ensure the details and prices of the products on this website are accurate, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If you find any errors, please let us know so we can put them right as soon as possible.
The contract between Aquatix-2u and you as the customer is only binding when we agree to accept your offer to make a purchase. The notification you will receive immediately after placing your order is just to inform you that we have received your order and it will be processed by us as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice sought by the customer from Aquatix-2u Ltd in this respect may be given but cannot be relied upon by the customer or guaranteed by Aquatix-2u Ltd unless Aquatix-2u Ltd has access to the working system and the ability to carry out a full inspection of any equipment

|Mainland UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail or by UKMail Courier. All Next Working Day deliveries require a signature on delivery. Delivery can be made to an alternative address to your invoice address and this must be stated prior to dispatch. Amendments to your delivery address post dispatch will incur a charge.|
UKMail couriers will make 2 delivery attempts - a 3rd delivery attempt is chargeable. Please contact Aquatix-2u Ltd if you have not received delivery or a failed delivery card within 48 hours of dispatch.
Aquatix-2u denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Damages or shortages must be reported to Aquatix-2u Ltd by email or telephone within 24 hours of delivery.
|Credit Card Security|
|All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using a high-level of encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or email. Look for the 'golden padlock' in the address bar or at the bottom of your browser to confirm that secure ordering is in action.|
|If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and inform you of the delay. You will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
|If in the rare event any of our products are incomplete or faulty, contact us immediately after receipt. We will of course replace or refund the product as soon as we have determined the best solution for you.|
In addition, you have the right to cancel the order at anytime before you receive the goods, and you have the right to return the goods for any reason. If you would like to do this, you (the customer) must send Aquatix-2u notification in writing (by email, letter, or fax) of your intention to do this within 7 working days from the day you received the goods. In these circumstances you as the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods are to be returned in their original, unused condition.
For your own protection, we recommend goods for return (which must be in original packaging & shipping packaging), are sent via a recorded delivery service with sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the goods. A copy of purchase invoice & reason for return must also be included to ensure it can be dealt with both quickly & efficiently upon receipt by our returns dept.
If you expect Aquatix-2u to collect the items and meet the return postage costs, Aquatix-2u will charge you the direct cost of the return.
A full refund for the original cost of the goods will be issued within 30 days.
Any personalised items or items made to your specification cannot be returned. Items that are perishable also cannot be returned, this includes off the roll liners, hose, books etc. If you wish to return an item that was part of a combined offer, then all the items may need to be returned together, else you may be charged the full cost of the items you keep. This may include (but is not limited to) items offered free as part of a combined offer. Should the original order value then fall below minimum value for free delivery, our standard p&p charge would then have to be added back on and therefore deducted from refund amount.
Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for repair or exchange as necessary during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return. Customers residing outside of the UK that have an item repaired or replaced under warranty will be liable for the postage cost that would exceed the cost in the UK.
Any failings under warranty must be reported to Aquatix-2u Ltd prior to return. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and reason for return.
Liability will not be accepted for any items returned due to damage, accident, improper installation or use.
Any item returned other than warranty/guarantee claims, must be unused and fully packaged in the original packaging.
Any item returned to Aquatix-2u Ltd that is unidentifiable, deemed not faulty (therefore requiring return postage) or requires parts/service charge that is not fulfilled by the purchaser within 3 months from date of arrival or from when latest advice given (whichever is the later date) will be disposed of without further notice.
|For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the purchase price (where applicable).|

|We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a standard manufacturer's guarantee of 1 year minimum. Some products have longer guarantees; this will be displayed alongside the relevant products.|
Liner Lifetime Guarantee
The liners with lifetime guarantee are covered against leakage due to material degradation or faulty seams.
Lifetime shall mean the duration of the person registered on the guarantee card while residing at the property where the liner was installed.
The guarantee is not transferable to other persons or property and does not cover any form of commercial use.
The liner must be installed in accordance with the instructions given and the water level maintained to the top of the liner during periods of evaporation.
Any liner subject to a claim under this guarantee shall be repaired, replaced, or a refund given of the original price, given at the discretion of the manufacturers Russetts Developments Ltd.
This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government's consumer advice helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office.

We will also inform you of how your complaint will be dealt with, and the progress of it.
|The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. |
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Aquatix-2u Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new pond pump from us we would accept their old pond pump and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
