The Maximus Otter Pump has been developed using computer-aided liquid flow analysis. The unique 'wrap around' filter housing dispenses with the need for a sponge when used for a waterfall or filtration system. The Maximus is capable of handling solids up to 8mm and is designed for continuous use. This is an ideal low wattage, high head pump, perfect for fountain only or fountain/waterfall combination.
To use as a fountain-only pump you need the 'slipper' pre-filter sponge, to prevent debris from blocking the fountain head.
