How do I order?
Ordering via the website:
Once you have chosen the pond equipment that you want to buy, click on the "Buy" button. You will then be taken to the "Shopping Basket" which will show you your purchase and the total cost. If you want to order more than one of any item, alter the quantity here.
You can then continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button which will take you to the previously visited page.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout Now" button. You will then be asked for your name and address and delivery preferences. Simply follow the steps through - you will be asked how you want to pay. All credit/debit card information is fully encrypted with Secure SSL 1024 bit encryption.
Ordering by telephone
Alternatively you can give us your order over the telephone - please call us on 01621 893716 and we will be happy to help.
Ordering by fax
We are also happy to receive orders by fax on 01621 893849.
What does the price include?
Prices are fully inclusive of VAT with FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all orders over £50.00 (except where stated placed by 2pm) to most areas of mainland UK.
For North of Scotland and outside mainland UK ask us for a quote - 01621 893716.
Will you deliver to an address other than the cardholder's?
Yes, but before shipping we always contact the cardholder for security reasons.
When can I expect my purchase to arrive?
Orders over £50 are delivered on the next working day (if placed before 2pm).
Orders under £50 can be sent on a standard delivery for £3.95, or a next working day delivery (if placed before 2pm) for £5.50. Standard delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days to reach you.
Are all the products on your website in stock?
We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are currently in stock and available for immediate despatch. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will contact you as soon as possible to either suggest a carefully selected alternative, or to advise you of a delivery date.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, when you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, and when ordering via the website you have the opportunity to print your order details. This acts as your proof of purchase.
